Spiced Indian Flatbreads Recipe:
What you’ll need:

• 2 cups organic flour
• ½ cup of yoghurt
• 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
• ½ cup of ground fenugreek seeds
• 1 crushed garlic clove
• ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
• A pinch of your favourite Himalayan salt

How to:

• Combine all dry Ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
• Pour in the yoghurt, and knead until firm.
• Allow the dough to rest for ~15 minutes under a cloth.
• Preheat your frying pan to a high heat, with ½ teaspoon of Sunflower Oil.
• Roll the dough into golf ball sized nuggets, and dust them with flour.
• Roll the dough nuggets out into flat circles.
• Place your dough disc onto the skillet, wait for it to start bubbling them flip.
